Brady
Brim-DeForest
Brady Brim-DeForest helped pioneer the application of lean product design, Agile development, and autonomous, self-empowered teams within the Enterprise and has helped numerous Fortune 100 companies implement radical new processes that enable them to design, build, and ship competitive products in under ninety days.
He has led platform and product architecture for services that power solutions for AT&T, Cisco, Universal Music Group, and Fox — including software systems designed for global scale and mission critical uptime in finance, telecom, media, and healthcare verticals. Prior to founding Formula Partners, Brady served as Head of Product for Citrusbyte, a leading digital product innovation firm, created the world's first online entertainment awards platform, the Streamy Awards, served as founding CEO of early online entertainment leader, Tubefilter, and was responsible for building one of the earliest streaming media labs for a major broadband provider in 2000.
He has spoken at numerous conferences, including NATPE, NAB, Digital Hollywood, and NxtStage, and sits on the boards of GoSustainable and the Open Wall Street Alliance.
Will Jessup
Will is a seasoned business leader in the world of entrepreneurship and software consulting.
Will founded TheoremOne, our parent company, in 2007 with the mission to make products that people love to use.
He specializes in helping companies adapt to the challenges of the fast-evolving technology landscape. Will helped develop Southern California’s vibrant technology scene in the mid-2000s and founded and ran the largest Ruby meetup on West Coast.
Prior to TheoremOne, Will served as CTO and co-founder of KEVO, a social platform designed to house, track, collect, and share intelligence about prominent people around the world. Will graduated with a degree in Physics from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
