William's core focus centers around operational incubation, Lean process improvement, product design/strategy, user experience and complex data problems. He authored Rocket Fueled Process in 2012 to help teams understand the economic implications of Lean inside the product development organization. Since that time William became a champion for automation as an essential factor for employee wellness. With over a decade of early stage startup experience, William has built and managed Agile engineering teams as large as 50, serving in roles ranging from founder, investor, first-employee, mentor, to community organizer, strategist and advisor.
